User Roles
KMMP is structured around two distinct roles with different data permissions:
The Coach
- Creates and manages Player accounts.
- Creates training sessions and sets visibility.
- Views answers and progress of assigned Players.
The Player
- Account is provisioned by their Coach.
- Accesses sessions only after Coach activation.
- Submits answers visible to their Coach.

Session & Training Data
A core feature of KMMP is the management of training sessions. We handle this data with specific visibility rules:
- 1 Coach Control: Coaches have absolute control over when a session becomes visible to a Player.
- 2 Player Visibility: Players can only see and interact with sessions once they are marked as "Active" by their Coach.
- 3 Data Insights: Player responses are stored and displayed to the Coach to enable performance tracking and feedback.
Profile Image Uploads
Media Permissions: Both Coaches and Players have the option to upload a profile photo. This photo is stored on our secure servers and is used only to identify users within the app interface.
You can change or remove your profile photo at any time through the "Edit Profile" settings in the app.
Data Security
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy
KMMP does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Coaches are responsible for ensuring they have parental consent before creating accounts for Players under the age of 18.
